Whether I’m incorporating a new company or assisting an established business through years of growth, I believe every client deserves responsive service, attention to detail, and a smooth, efficient experience.

As Manager of Corporate Services at Brooks Business Law, I work closely with our lawyers and clients to manage the corporate legal needs of businesses at every stage of their lifecycle. From launching a new company to maintaining corporate records and completing more complex corporate transactions, I enjoy helping clients navigate the details so they can focus on running their businesses.

One of the things I appreciate most about my role is that I often have the opportunity to work with clients over many years. It’s rewarding to watch businesses grow from a new incorporation into an established company and to know I’ve played a small part in supporting that journey.

My Approach

Corporate law often involves deadlines, technical requirements, and attention to detail. I enjoy bringing organization and structure to every file so clients know their matters are being handled carefully and professionally.

I believe good client service starts with listening. Every business is different, and I enjoy understanding what clients are trying to accomplish so we can help them reach their goals as efficiently as possible.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping businesses through every stage of their journey and seeing them continue to grow year after year.

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading fantasy novels, watching comedy, spending time outdoors, or playing soccer.

I also enjoy challenging myself with new goals. Recently, one of my favourite accomplishments was completing the Beneva 5K, something I was incredibly proud to achieve.

When I’m not working or on the soccer field, there’s a good chance I’m outside perfecting my lawn, which has become a bit of a hobby.
